Students + Schools
NE Tracks connects students, schools and families with diverse Work Based learning opportunities to build work readiness.
Workplace Learning Matters

Mock Interviews
The NE TRACKS LLEN Team offers schools across the region our Mock Interview Program, supported by local employers. This program gives students the chance to experience a real-world job interview, helping them build confidence and develop essential skills as they prepare for their transition from school to work.

Scholarships and Grants
Throughout the year NE Tracks LLEN promotes a number of scholarships, grants and awards made available through various networks to support young people in our region. Initiatives such as the Glenrowan Solar Farm Scholarship and Zonta Women in STEM, YouThrive and Tomorrow Today Foundation have provided opportunities for young people to really get ahead in their early career direction. Current offerings will be advertised on our news page - so keep a look out - or email us to find out how you can apply.
Careers in Early Childhood Education
The Best Start, Best Life reforms will create thousands of new jobs across the state in early childhood education and care. NE Tracks LLEN is supporting students and schools by helping young people transition into this growing sector through work placements, resources, and information. We are committed to helping young people make informed decisions about early childhood education and care as a viable and rewarding career pathway.

VIC VICE Headsets
VIC VICE is a brand new virtual reality platform where students can explore the world of work.

The platform allows secondary students to see touch and experience different workplaces. It is a modern solution to growing workforce shortages and a widening skills gap. VIC VICE was developed by Goulburn Murray LLEN in partnership with VicLLENs.

NE Tracks LLEN has a set of VIC VICE headsets available for schools, universities, and community groups to explore and interact with a range of career pathways. We can provide training and support in this engaging and immersive activity.
